Students celebrated World Book Day on Thursday 5 March with a special visit from former student Jack Tuckwell.  As well as donating a handmade replica of a book featured in the Harry Potter series titled “Advanced Potion-Making” by Libatius Borage, for which the school library was very grateful, he also displayed his creations, all book related, for students to see.  Students completed a Harry Potter quiz to try to win one of three special prizes, a Hogwarts Library Ticket, Platform 9 3/4 train ticket, and a Knight Bus Ticket.  Jack’s profession involves all forms of graphic design and art, his book silhouette scenes and replicas are a side line which he enjoys; the students at Warneford were very impressed.
